Okay so this is only covering the short time we spent. We came here to get apps and drinks around 530pm on a Saturday. It was BUSY. They don't lie-make a reservation... and if you want to just pop in, make sure it's the very early bird special (4-430ish). We went to the bar and got drinks. A very nice waiter (shoutout to Jon) serviced us and even helped us get a seat near the bar. Impeccable service regardless of how much or how little we were spending. We got oysters and soup with our drinks. Highly recommend. Would come back again because of the service.

The Del-Bar absolutely delivered! As a fan of supper clubs, I had been hesitant to visit due to its location near downtown Wisconsin Dells, but I'm so glad I finally gave it a chance--I have zero regrets! The atmosphere was charming and had all the classic vibes of an old-fashioned supper club, perfectly setting the stage for an amazing meal. The service was equally impressive. Our waitress was attentive without being overbearing and had great timing, ensuring not to interrupt us mid-conversation. And the food? Incredible! Everything was cooked to perfection. I couldn't resist finishing every bite of my prime rib, even though I was completely stuffed--it was just too good to leave behind. The Del-Bar has officially won me over, and I can't wait to return!

Perfect night out with my sister! We didn't have a reservation but seats in the bar were available where we could order from the full menu. We both had the filet mignon and it was delicious! Perfectly cooked! The smashed cauliflower is worth the extra charge The cocktails were delicious. I had the French martini which was the perfect raspberry sweetness The ambiance was casual and comfortable for a relaxing fine dining experience

Just ate there tonight. It's the first time in about 30yrs cause we usually don't go out to eat but we had a gift card for the DelBar. The atmosphere and service was very good. Jessie, our server was very professional and friendly. My wife's Tempura shrimp was awesome!! My $60 10oz Filet mignon was cooked to perfection however it was very bland. The Bone Marrow Butter was good though.

Absolutely delicious! Celebrated my husband's birthday here, two days in a row!!! That's how amazing the food and service was. Our server was so kind and knowledgeable. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly, the oysters were very fresh and the cocktails were flavorful. The setting is very romantic. If I am ever in Wisconsin again, I will make the trip here in a heartbeat!

I absolutely loved my birthday dinner at The Del-bar. We had a 7:15p reservation and we were seated right away. The drinks were fabulous - I really enjoyed my French 75. We started out with cheese curds and shrimp dejonghe which were really great. The cheese curds were some of the best I have ever had. Our main courses were also good. I had filet with bone marrow butter. The server was lovely and had great suggestions from the menu. The vibes of the restaurant are definitely supper club and if you're looking to be wowed by vibes, I'd recommend Ishnala. But if you're looking for outstanding food, I'd recommend The Del-Bar!

Probably a 4.5 on my personal Supper Club Rating scale. Plus points: *Excellent, attentive service *Perfectly cooked steak and creamy mashed potatoes *Quality salad and reasonable upgrade to something like a wedge *Old school favorites: hot bacon dressing, clams casino, Oscar style and shrimp de johnge. *Fair prices, keeping the location in mind Neutral: *The interior is really tasteful and full of light. I did miss a dark bar and Hamms Wildlife mirrors a wee bit. Minus points: *No relish tray. They do give you some crackers and fresh bread but c'mon I need my relish tray. It's a Dells institution for a reason - thumbs up.

There is so much to say about The Del-bar!! I loved this place so much. My husband surprised me for my birthday and booked a reservation here. The restaurant is gorgeous! Next time I hope to sit in the booths close to the bar where the lighting is darker and beautiful decor! We had the side room with more lighting. It was still beautiful! Our service was wonderful. Despite being a very busy Friday night, we never felt rushed for a second. Our waitress had the perfect balance of checking in on us. It can be annoying sometimes when they check too often, or worse, not enough. Our waitress just knew the sweet spot and gave us incredible service. Onto the food. YUM!!!!! We split the jumbo shrimp cocktail and they put fresh horseradish right in the middle. My husband loved that!!! I can't do horseradish like that lol but I could easily push it to the side for him to enjoy! My husband ordered the bone-in ribeye and it was perfectly cooked. I took a bite and it was so incredibly tender and flavorful. I ordered the halibut and this was one of the best fish dishes from any restaurant. They cooked it perfectly!!! The flavors were sensational and I loved the sides. The Parmesan cauliflower was DELICIOUS!!! Onto dessert. Omg. Hands down the best tiramisu I've ever had and I've had a lot of tiramisu. The strong coffee flavor combined with the lightness of the cream was a party in my mouth!!!! I can't say enough good things about their tiramisu. You'd be doing yourself a disservice not ordering it. This is a must visit when you're in the dells!!!!

Do not sleep on The Del-bar. The Del-bar has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants in Wisconsin. The atmosphere, food, and service are over-the top. I currently have a restricted diet for medical reasons (Gluten, dairy, and soy free), which makes going out to eat less enjoyable and also impossible at time. They had no problem accommodating my needs. I ordered the salmon (modified to accommodate restrictions) and my food was superb - flavorful and perfectly cooked. The Del-bar also offered multiple non-alcoholic options. I enjoyed a lavender and lemon mocktail. A few other tips (from this and past visits): - The espresso martini is a must after dinner (they have a mocktail version as well!) - Upgrade to a specialty salad, it's worth it - The Béarnaise sauce that comes on the salmon is phenomenal - Don't rush your dinner here. Enjoy the different bar areas, and a slow meal. - Try the lobster roll

The Del Bar is always a 5 star experience with excellent food, service, and atmosphere. The past experience was NO different! It was a rainy day in the Dells, so we decided to join them for the lovely happy hour. Since it was rainy & this place is popular we got to the restaurant atone 415p for 430p opening. There were people outside already waiting. I'm glad we did get there a bit early because there was a wait at 530p on a Monday. We started off with Blackberry smash & salted caramel espresso. Those were our fav drinks of the night. We ordered a lot of the happy hour menu and spent a pretty penny! Our fav apps were the scallops, mushrooms, and Rockefeller oysters. The service was spot on, and all the food was timely & so delicious. We love the Del Bar & we will be back again. Cheers
